Blog runs more smoothlyLive
- Sep 17The blog workspace opens about twice as fast, and stray “TEST” labels are gone from article titles.
- Sep 17Drafts can use links you paste in as research sources. If research fails, it says why.
- Sep 28An article that is only missing images goes to image repair instead of a full rewrite. New ideas that repeat an old headline are rejected.
- Oct 8Publishing from Review works again. Ideas now come from 14 news feeds covering the last two weeks.
- Oct 8Logos sit in a strip below each picture, not on top of it. Watermarked stock photos are rejected. A “Replace all images” button was added.
- Oct 8Review lists the exact reasons an article is not ready yet.
- Oct 11–13Rounds of end-to-end testing fixed editing, image placement, the Activity button and back-to-back draft requests. A nightly check now tests the blog every day.

IP Search is faster to act onLive
- Sep 21The Unused IP Finder got its review fixes and opens as its own tool from Mission Control.
- Sep 27IP Search switched to the new transfer feed and was made more dependable. Health checks now watch the public search.
- Sep 28On the test site: the “Buy Now” button, sample cards and promotional links are removed, and numbers no longer get cut off on phones. Ready to go live.
- Oct 6Network numbers (ASNs) in search results are clickable and open their upstream networks. Checked on desktop and mobile, live on the website.
- Oct 8Clicking a contact’s email opens a ready-to-send buyer or seller email with the routing details and value filled in.

New daily WHOIS to Close serviceLive
- Oct 11One service now finds each day’s IPv4 transfers, pulls buyer and seller contacts, and adds them to Close.
- Oct 10In testing it found an email for buyers 2–4 times as often as the old jobs.
- Oct 10It checks its own work in Close after every run and sends an alert when something fails, instead of failing quietly.
- Oct 10Existing Close records were repaired: lead names, statuses, custom fields and email sequence enrollment.
- Sep 28A day where contact lookups were blocked is no longer saved as a day with zero contacts.

Jarvis is upgraded and can find contactsLive
- Oct 14Updated to the latest version and switched to a stronger model.
- Oct 14Connected to a contact data service. Jarvis can find work email, phone, job title and LinkedIn from a name plus a company or AS number.
- Oct 14Works on whole spreadsheets: send a list in chat and get it back filled in. Confirmed emails and unconfirmed guesses are kept in separate columns.
- Oct 14First run: the NANOG 98 attendee list. For the 303 people the old provider could not find, it added 93 confirmed emails, 196 LinkedIn profiles, 124 job titles and 169 network contacts.
- Oct 14An activity log now records what Jarvis does and where it fails, so problems can be found and fixed quickly.
